Soll\u00e9e\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<br><a href=\"http:\/\/kristensollee.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>E<\/strong>NLACE<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El 15\u00b0 ensayo dentro del libro <em>Witches, Sluts, Feminists<\/em> (2017) de la pluma de Kristen J. Soll\u00e9e lleva por t\u00edtulo \u201cWitchcraft On Screen: Living Deliciously\u201d, en \u00e9l Soll\u00e9e realiza un breve recorrido temporal en el que los imaginarios cinematogr\u00e1ficos son vinculados con expresiones y gestos del movimiento feminista. La autora se\u00f1ala que, a la par de que el movimiento feminista ganaba visibilidad en la d\u00e9cada de los 60, la bruja cinematogr\u00e1fica comenzaba a trascender m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de sus or\u00edgenes perversos, aunque tambi\u00e9n durante esa misma d\u00e9cada, el arquetipo se mostraba ambivalente en el cine; por una parte, como una especie de <em>nueva hero\u00edna feminista<\/em>, por otra, bajo su <em>monstruosidad cl\u00e1sica<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acuerdo con Soll\u00e9e, Con la cinta <em><a href=\"http:\/\/akerlanda.com\/the-craft-1996\/\">The Craft<\/a><\/em>, de 1996, se introduce el canon de la \u201cbruja adolescente feminista\u201d, pero desde su punto de vista, lo que parec\u00eda ser una adhesi\u00f3n significativa al movimiento feminista de aquellos a\u00f1os, termin\u00f3 convirti\u00e9ndose \u2014al menos en el caso particular de esa pel\u00edcula\u2014 en un c\u00edrculo sexista en el que las mujeres adolescentes no pueden tomar las riendas del poder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al abordar pel\u00edculas m\u00e1s recientes, Solle\u00e9 se enfoca particularmente en <a href=\"http:\/\/akerlanda.com\/the-witch-a-new-england-folktale-2015\/\"><em>The Witch<\/em>: <em>A New-England Folktale (<\/em>Eggers, 2015)<\/a>, cinta que, de acuerdo con la autora, ofrece \u201cuna visi\u00f3n ext\u00e1tica de un universo alternativo habitable para las mujeres, un lugar desligado de Dios y del patriarcado, a pesar de algunas imperfecciones en su <em>statement<\/em> pol\u00edtico\u201d (p.156).
